Recycled prescription books

I used to make mini albums with paper bags and then they got very expensive. Then one day I was putting the medication away and realised that the bags they were in were just the same.
So started the bag albums. Everyone at church collects them and I have a constant supply for free.
Here are pictures of the latest one I have made using some evenweave fabric for the covers and panpastels to colour.

Afternoon with Chloe

What a fantastic time with Chloe Thursday. Oh sorry Peter Pan who apparently wears a pink dressing gown and a England helmet. Then while watching Jungle book snuggled up with Grandad decided she would crochet like Granny the result a beautiful jumbled tangled ball of wool oh sorry a cardigan for mummy which was going to take 25 years to complete. After tea of Worm pie we had to play church. Mummy, Daddy and grandad were all talking in church and were in big trouble. Everybody including Rolf and Jessie had to pray in turn when she tapped on a music stand with my crochet hook . Next was Granny's turn to be in trouble. By this time I was holding my side laughing with tears rolling down my cheeks and nearly falling off the setee. I was told no laughing and when I said I was crying there was no crying either. I was glad when it was bedtime as I just couldn't stop laughing. You just could not buy this enterteinment. Thank you Chloe you give us such wonderful memories. Oh and I forgot the you tube video on how to transfer a picture to canvas she watched.
